The Spiky Peanut Massage Ball has a firm, textured surface and a joined double-ball shape. It can be positioned under the feet, against a wall or on the floor.
The narrow centre sits between the two rounded ends, which can make the ball easier to place along either side of the spine or beneath the calves. Move it slowly and use only as much body weight as feels comfortable.
