Description
The Adult Yoga Swing is made from parachute-style fabric, with an approximate cloth size of 280 x 100cm. It gives you a fabric seat and handles for controlled aerial stretches and strength work.
Install it only on a suitable fixing point and follow the supplied fitting instructions. Check the fabric, handles, straps and connections before each use. Keep the swing close to the floor while learning, and do not attempt inversions without appropriate instruction.
The long fabric leaves room to adjust your position, while the handles give you another place to hold during supported movements.
